Shipping and Handling Charges
$10 Dollars shipping and handling for within the USA. I traditionallly use the U.S. Postal Service, certified mail, two to three day delivery. If you would like me to send your purse UPS please feel free to request this service (add $5). Customers in the San Francisco Bay Area are welcome to pick orders up at my studio. Avoid shipping charges, meet the artist, and view additional work not yet featured on this site.

Ordering a Custom Designed Purse
A phone consultation is recommended for ordering a custom designed purse. Please send me an e-mail to daphneruff@yahoo.com. We can set a time to discuss what you would like, or arrange a studio visit if possible. You will then send me a variety of new and/or recycled materials with which to create the purse of your dreams.

Overseas Orders
Absolutely clueless how to do this, but willing to work it out over e-mail or fax.

My Guarantee & Repairs
Items purchased from Daphne Ruff are non-refundable, and non returnable. However, if there is a defect in the purse within 30 days from date of purchase, I will repair the purse or make an exchange at no cost to the customer other than shipping and handling. Returns must include the original sales receipt, and the items must be otherwise undamaged.

Style Variations
Daphne Ruff uses a variety of new and recycled materials in the design of her purses. Some of the recycled materials such as rubber vary in style, thickness, texture, and markings. Rubber will not rub off, but if caught in the rain occasionally a slight discoloration can occur on lighter fabrics. No two purses are ever the same.
Some of these purses tend to be slightly heavier than your average purse, but women have always endured a little pain for the sake of beauty.
